History

Selected raw materials, Italian food tradition and a passion for good food are the ingredients that make Santori & Schilirò an important benchmark for the production and distribution of sauces and condiments.
Set up in 1970 as a trading company of food products, in 2003 – thanks to the new management – business started dealing directly with the production of mayonnaise and condiments for pasta, such as Pesto Genovese, with the aim of guaranteeing clients a product of superior quality and scrupulous control of the production chain.
To-date Santori & Schilirò can boast a wide assortment of sauces and condiments for pasta as well as a large client portfolio that grows with each passing year.
Attention to quality is demonstrated by the IFS/BRC certifications, achived since 2017.
Passion, accuracy and commitment have always characterised this company that will soon be exporting its products abroad as a symbol of the excellence and quality made in Italy.
