Santori & Schilirò knows full well just how important it is in the food sector to guarantee high quality standards in compliance with food safety and hygiene rules and regulations.

The 17th of May of 2017 the company obtained IFS/BRC certifications bearing witness of the monitoring and checking of the processing methods followed in compliance with hygiene requirements along the entire supply-chain, guaranteeing food safety and prompt response and management of risks wherever a problem happens to arise. It is not just the Suppliers that are involved in this challenge today but also the Producers of raw materials and Carriers.
